In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "patpkr", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the company operating the patpkr online gaming platform at patpkr.vip under an international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account with patpkr or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the patpkr website, mobile-optimised interface, games lobby, sportsbook, and all associated services accessible at patpkr.vip.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon completing patpkr's registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to deposited funds held in a Player's account wallet in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that have not been subject to bonus wagering restrictions.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free spin winnings, or other incentive funds subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total value of eligible bets that must be placed before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" — refers to patpkr's identity and age verification procedures conducted in compliance with the platform's licensing obligations.

By registering an account on patpkr, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you:

• Have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them;
• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity;
• Understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited;
• Are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Have not previously been self-excluded from patpkr or any affiliated platform.

patpkr's Terms and Conditions are supplemented by specific game rules, promotion terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between patpkr and each registered Player. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the more specific document shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Age Requirement: The minimum age to register and use patpkr is 21 years. This requirement is strictly enforced. patpkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, patpkr will suspend the account and withhold any associated funds pending verification or until the matter is resolved.

One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on patpkr. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, postal address, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. patpkr may consolidate or close duplicate accounts and apply penalties including forfeiture of balances in cases of deliberate multi-accounting.

Registration Accuracy: Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

KYC Verification: patpkr operates under an international gaming licence that requires identity verification. Players may be required to submit copies of a valid national identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

Security Responsibility: Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. patpkr strongly recommends that Players use a unique, strong password not used on any other platform and enable two-factor authentication where available.

Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your patpkr account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact patpkr's support team immediately via live chat at [email protected]. patpkr will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account, but shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their own credentials.

Account Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. patpkr reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance after the applicable dormancy period may be subject to forfeiture in compliance with the licensing jurisdiction's unclaimed funds procedures.

Account Closure: Players may request closure of their patpkr account at any time by contacting the support team. Real money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure unless they have already satisfied applicable wagering requirements.

All deposits and transactions on patpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). patpkr does not apply currency conversion charges to deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are accepted:

patpkr only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account review and potential closure. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming on the patpkr platform and may not be transferred between player accounts.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum threshold for the selected payment method;
• Any active Bonus Balance and associated wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before Real Money Balance withdrawals are approved;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method in the Player's own name — the same method used for the most recent deposit, where possible.

patpkr processes withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank generally complete within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.

patpkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is significant or the account has not previously completed a withdrawal. This is a routine requirement under patpkr's AML and responsible gaming obligations and is not indicative of any finding of wrongdoing.

patpkr offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published with each promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must typically be completed within a specified time period, after which any unsatisfied bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: Where a Player holds an active Bonus Balance, a maximum eligible bet per round or transaction may apply. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Any winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from the balance when a withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus Abuse: patpkr reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, coordination between multiple accounts, or manipulation of bonus mechanics.

Bonuses are intended for recreational gaming only and are not financial instruments. patpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice given where possible.

Casino Games: All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games available on patpkr are sourced from providers whose software has been certified for fairness and randomness by accredited independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed in the game information panel within the lobby.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed from professionally operated studios. All live games are subject to the specific rules displayed within the game interface and operated by dealers in compliance with published game procedures. patpkr shall not be responsible for disruptions to live game streams caused by the Player's own internet connection or device.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets on patpkr — including cricket (PSL, international fixtures), football, UFC, and other markets — are subject to separate sportsbook rules published on the platform. In the event of a technical error or data feed failure that results in an incorrectly settled bet, patpkr reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account.

Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, patpkr reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and return the applicable stake. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle for RNG game errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on patpkr and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering or operating more than one account on patpkr;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the patpkr platform in a way that circumvents normal gameplay;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or malfunctions in patpkr's software for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in live casino or poker-format games;
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in any activity that patpkr reasonably determines constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Abusing patpkr's bonus system, including through low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds to real money without genuine gaming risk;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing patpkr staff or other Players.

patpkr is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period to increase.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders and automatic logout after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per defined period, after which access to real-money gaming is temporarily restricted until the period resets.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which they will be unable to log into their patpkr account or access any gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for permanent self-exclusion from patpkr. Self-exclusion requests are applied promptly and result in permanent account closure. patpkr will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by self-excluded Players.

Gaming on patpkr should always be approached as a form of entertainment with a defined, affordable budget — never as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

All content on the patpkr platform — including but not limited to the patpkr brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of patpkr or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants Players any rights to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any patpkr intellectual property.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the patpkr platform solely for the purpose of personal, recreational gaming. This licence may be revoked at any time by patpkr in accordance with these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, patpkr's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

patpkr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from use of the platform;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond patpkr's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to follow these Terms, including failure to secure their own account credentials;
• Decisions made by Players under the influence of alcohol, substances, or mental health conditions that affect rational judgment.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by patpkr's negligence.

patpkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering on patpkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

patpkr may share Player data with its licensing authority, payment processors, fraud detection services, and law enforcement agencies where required by applicable law or the terms of its gaming licence. patpkr will not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

patpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the patpkr platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the patpkr platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

The version of these Terms current at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless the amendment giving rise to the dispute was communicated with less than the required notice, in which case the prior version shall apply to that dispute only.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from a Player's use of patpkr — including but not limited to disputed game outcomes, payment disputes, account decisions, or bonus-related disagreements — the Player should first contact patpkr's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. patpkr commits to investigating all disputes promptly and providing a written response within five (5) business days of receiving a full description of the complaint.

Escalation: If a dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through patpkr's internal complaints process, the Player may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by patpkr's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided in patpkr's response to any unresolved complaint.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of patpkr's licensing jurisdiction. By using the patpkr platform, Players consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory and dispute resolution bodies.
